This is an oil of medium robustness and astringency, with notes of herbaceousness, green almond, artichoke, green and ripe olives, floral and nuttiness, with a warm ginger finish. It is typically our mildest oil.
Picual olives produce a medium intensity oil with a big green fruity flavor – leaves and cut grass – and a distinct pungency that recalls tomato leaf. There are notes of ripe olive and nuttiness too.
Milled from our Nocellara del Belice olives. Picked ripe, the oil has a creamy smooth mouthfeel, with dominant flavors of grass, green almonds, green olive, artichoke, herbaceous and nutty, ripe apple. There is a slight heat to the finish.
A robust Italian-style oil milled from our Coratina olives. Lots of green tea, green olive and green almond taste with a hint of artichoke and a long apple-pie-spice finish. It is ideal for drizzling on soups, grilled meats and vegetables. Very high in polyphenols.
