Olio Nuovo 2026 harvest is now available for pre-order. All orders will ship out 1-2 days after the olives are harvested, with a shipping date in late-October. 2026 harvest is sold in bottles of 375ml shipping included.
We are trying to get Olio Nuovo into your hands as soon as possible, so any bottles ordered that are not Olio Nuovo will be shipped in a separate box on our regular shipping schedule.
Olio Nuovo, which translates to “new oil,” is a term used to describe all newly milled olive oils. It is very fresh, sharp, lively, and bright. Ours is fruity and aromatic with notes of fresh grass, artichoke, ripe fruit, and a smooth finish. It is milled from our early ripening varietals.
